Allison Burns Phillips

Allison Phillips draws from experience that extends beyond the courtroom. Allison graduated from Sam Houston State University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science degree in both Forensic Chemistry and Criminal Justice. She began her first career as an analyst with Harris County Medical Examiner’s Office in the Controlled Substances lab. She then transitioned into medical research at the Michael E Debakey VA Hospital. There she worked hand in hand with one of the leading infectious diseases doctors in Houston and was honored to have her work published in peer reviewed journals in the field. In 2011, Allison traded in her lab coat to begin her legal career. She studied at the prestigious University of Houston Law Center, graduating in 2014. Allison honed her trial skills as a prosecutor in the Harris County District Attorney’s Office, specializing in juvenile matters. She opened her private practice in 2017, and began helping people navigate the complexities of the adult and juvenile legal system.  In 2020, while the world reeled from the COVID pandemic, Allison added estate planning to her practice areas. Her practice is now well-rounded, comprehensive and full service for bringing people peace of mind.

Ashley Burns is a strategic marketing professional with more than a decade of experience developing and executing impactful marketing strategies that connect brands with their audiences. Throughout her career, Ashley has built expertise across brand strategy, social media, digital marketing, consumer engagement, SEO, content development, and creative campaign execution, with a proven ability to translate business objectives into compelling marketing initiatives. Having worked in healthcare, architecture, hospitality, and now law, she brings a thoughtful, results-driven approach to building meaningful connections between organizations and the people they serve. A graduate of Texas A&M University, Ashley is known for her strong communication skills, collaborative leadership style, and ability to adapt to an evolving business landscape.
